Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the FinallyAnswered platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Finally Answered Home Services ("FinallyAnswered").
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FinallyAnswered's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2Description of Service
FinallyAnswered provides an automated call-answering, lead-capture, and follow-up platform designed for cleaning companies. The service includes:
• Automated inbound call answering via AI voice agent
• Lead intake, organization, and recording
• Booking workflow integration
• Automated follow-up communications
• Ongoing platform maintenance and updates
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
3Trial Period
We offer a 7-day free trial for new customers. During the trial period, you have access to the full service as described. After the trial period ends, continued use of the service will be billed at the then-current monthly rate ($299/month unless otherwise stated).
You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. Cancellations must be submitted before the trial period expires.
4Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge you the monthly fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in these terms or required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
5Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@finallyanswered.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing cycle.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
6Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and up to date
• Compliance with all applicable laws regarding call recording consent in your jurisdiction
• The content and configuration of your call scripts and workflows
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.
7Call Recording Consent
The service involves automated recording of calls to your business number. You are solely responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from callers in your jurisdiction. FinallyAnswered is not liable for your failure to comply with call recording consent laws.
8Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology comprising the FinallyAnswered platform are owned by Finally Answered Home Services and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
You retain ownership of any data you provide or generate through your use of the service.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinallyAnswered shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
12Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
