My name is Josh. Before FinallyAnswered, I owned a Long Island cleaning company called Fresh Take Cleaning for 8 years.
One of the biggest problems we struggled with was missed calls. One day in particular, we missed a large number of customer calls even with a VA helping us manage the phones.
When I looked into it more closely, I realized we were missing around 10 calls a week.
